Question 1

Where can I view my past bets and deposit/withdrawal history?

Accepted Answer

After logging into hi7 apk, tap the profile icon — you'll find the "My Account" section there. Inside, there are two separate tabs:

Betting History: A complete list of all your bets — including date, match, bet type, amount, result, and winnings. Records from the last 90 days are available directly. Use the date filter to view older records.

Transaction History: Full details of every deposit and withdrawal — when it happened, the amount, the method used (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), and the current status (successful/pending/cancelled).

To find a specific bet: If you have a bet ID, enter it in the search box. You can also filter by date or sport type.

If you notice any issue with a transaction — for example, a deposit that went through but isn't showing in your balance — grab your transaction ID and contact Live Chat right away. Most cases are resolved within 1 hour.

Question 2

Where can I find the latest offers and promotions on hi7 apk — and how often do they change?

Accepted Answer

There are two places to view all current offers on hi7 apk:

Promotions Page (/promotions): All active offers are listed here — including how long each offer runs, the bonus amount, and the full terms and conditions.

Latest Promotions Page (/latest-promotions): The latest offers appear here first.

Update schedule: Regular offers are updated every Monday. Special event offers (World Cup, IPL, BPL) are added before the relevant tournament begins. Flash offers can appear at any time — they typically last 24–48 hours.

How to stay informed: Keep notifications turned on in the hi7 apk app — you'll be alerted as soon as a new offer arrives. When logged in, personalised offers are also shown in the "Offers for You" section on the dashboard.

Question 3

Is there an age requirement to use hi7 apk — can minors create an account?

Accepted Answer

No, nobody under the age of 18 is allowed to create or use an account on hi7 apk. This isn't just a rule — it's our strict policy.

How age verification works: Your date of birth is required during registration. The system automatically calculates your age — if you're under 18, the registration process cannot be completed.

KYC Verification: National ID verification is required for large withdrawals. If the NID shows the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and the balance refunded.

For parents: If you believe a minor in your household is using hi7 apk, contact us immediately at support@hi7apk.com. We will investigate that account right away.

Responsible Gaming: Beyond the age requirement, hi7 apk is committed to responsible betting. To learn more, Responsible Gaming Page View.

Question 4

After receiving a bonus, how does the wagering requirement work — exactly how many times do you need to bet before you can withdraw it?

Accepted Answer

To withdraw a bonus from hi7 apk, you need to wager a specified amount first — this is known as the wagering or rollover requirement. The wagering conditions vary by bonus, but the general rules are as follows:

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 welcome bonus with a 5x wagering requirement, you'll need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets (৳2,000 × 5). Once that's done, your bonus balance converts to cash and becomes withdrawable.

Which bets count: Not all bets count toward wagering requirements. Generally, only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 or higher qualify. Some promotions only count bets placed on specific sports.

Time limit: Most bonuses have a wagering deadline of 7–30 days. If the wagering requirement isn't met before expiry, the bonus is forfeited — but your original deposit remains.

Where to track your progress: You can track your wagering progress directly under Account → Bonus section. Bets completed and amount remaining are all updated in real time.

The specific terms for each bonus are available on that offer's page or On the Bonus page Full details are listed there.

Question 7

What is the minimum amount needed to place a bet on hi7 apk — is it possible to bet with small amounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can place bets with small amounts on hi7 apk. Here's how the limits work:

Minimum bet: ৳20 (twenty taka). You can place a bet on any market starting from this amount.

Maximum Bet: Varies by market. Standard matches allow a maximum bet of ৳50,000. For major international matches, this limit may be higher.

Accumulator Bet: The same minimum of ৳20 applies. However, since odds multiply in an accumulator, even a small stake can lead to a big win.

In Live Betting: The minimum bet on live matches can sometimes be as high as ৳50 — this is because odds change rapidly in-play and the processing works differently.

Tips for Beginners: It's a good idea to start with small bets (৳20–৳100) to get familiar with the platform. Explore the markets, find the sports you enjoy, then gradually build your budget with confidence.

Current limits are subject to change at any time — check the specific match page for the applicable limit.
